Its products are used in agricultural irrigation, wastewater filtration, seawater filtration systems, landscape irrigation, livestock drinking water, food processing, aquaculture, cooling water, process water, reclaim/reuse, and intake water applications. The company was formerly known as Amiad Filtration Systems Ltd. and changed its name to Amiad Water Systems Ltd. in September 2011. Amiad Water Systems Ltd. was founded in 1962 and is based in Upper Galilee, Israel.
Benjamin Gilad is an author, consultant, and teacher in the field of competitive intelligence. He is a co-founder of the Fuld-Gilad-Herring Academy of Competitive Intelligence. He was educated in psychology and philosophy at Tel Aviv University.
